Nevertheless, not all bodies of water on its territory are for fishing. This is called the FREE LICENSE FOR THE YOUTH. c. One is required to have a hook and a line out of the county should one go on fishing. This is a basic license requirement. d. For non-residents, in order to purchase the license, one must present a an identification card that gives details about him and a special licensing fee is given to these – a much higher compared to its residents.
The purchasing of the license is done at a legally mandated office of the Alabama state and some electronic mean where one can transact with licensed electronic agents and commissioners.
